Finding Happy & How to Feel Good about Yourslf

Everybody struggles with their inner voice, and if the human condition is that feeling of “I’m not good enough”, “I’m not loveable”, or “there must be something wrong with me, surely it must stand to be true that the thing we seek most is the opposite.

 

Because if you choose to, you can feel good about yourself, and you can be happy. But you will need to make changes. But change happens inside of you. So focus on your thoughts and emotions and how you feel about yourself. And remember that change is built on behaviours, thoughts, belief and gratitude. 

 

My life is the journey and struggle to feel good, about myself. And through that journey, I found happiness. And this essay is the roadmap I created to achieve just that.
